How it works or our process

  1. Request a tutor’ form submitted: Our automated tutor-availability checking system confirms availability of tutors for your request via emails sent to you.
  2. Reply back to our email to give a go ahead or clarify queries if any. Please go through this page and featured tutor profiles in the meantime.
  3. Register (Day 0): We email you an e-invoice to pay the registration fee and the minimum hours/module or assignment for a best match tutor. Relevant tutors contacted for you as soon as the payment is received.
  4. Tutor selection and match (Day 1-3): Best-match tutor profile/s shared with you and contact details exchanged between you and the tutor. Have your initial 15-minutes free consultation with the tutor and start lessons/sessions thereafter.
  5. Further bookings (if required): Contact us to pre-book more hours for the tutor if need be.
  6. Completion: Complete your sessions with the tutor and leave a feedback of your experience.

Note: Your hours booked are fully refundable if there are no tutors available to help you, which is quite unlikely because there are over 1000 lecturers who are available to help students at any given time.

Hourly rates for tutors vary and depend on the level of your study, which start from £55/hr.

Generous discounts are available for block bookings of hours.

A one-off registration fee of £50 is payable when new students register with us.

We can match you with a best match tutor anytime between 24 hrs to 7 working days, based on the urgency of your request.

A best match tutor is assigned anytime within 7 working days from the time your request is accepted and you are registered as a client. However, there are expedited matching services available for students who may have very little time left before an exam or submission, for an additional fee. In such urgent cases, a best match tutor can be assigned within 24 hours of accepting a your request. There are other expedited services for less urgent requests as well.

Expedited matching services are discretionary and are offered only on a need-based basis.
